Link to a meta related to women...hmm...the first thing that comes to mind is Girl-Wonder.org in all it's glory.  Not only is it dedicated to getting a case in the Batcave for Stephanie Brown, but it is full of interesting feminist takes on comic books, characters, art, and...oh, just go check it out.
